Loyal Machines uses sign-in and film statistics to understand its audience and improve this video.

Information we receive

When you sign in, we receive your account identifier, name, email address, and sign-in provider. Accounts from different providers are kept separate. We use a secure session cookie to keep you signed in, and temporary cookies to complete sign-in.

We record visits to this site, the referring website hostname when your browser provides it, and film playback statistics, including starts, sections watched, and whether playback reached the end. Anonymous visits are recorded as sessions. We do not collect your browsing history on other websites.

How we use it

The site owner can view these statistics and signed-in viewer information in a private dashboard. We use them to understand engagement and improve the film. We may contact signed-in viewers at their email address to ask for feedback.

Email and optional updates

After you sign in, Larry may send one personal email asking for feedback. Replies go to Larry. There are no automatic follow-up emails if you do not reply.

Signing in does not subscribe you to ongoing updates. If you choose to subscribe, we record your email address, subscription choice, and the time you confirmed it. We use Brevo to process subscriptions and send occasional Loyal Machines updates; Brevo receives your email address and subscription details for this purpose. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in an update.

We use Gmail to send the personal feedback invitation and retain delivery status so we can avoid sending duplicate invitations.
